Much like a stadium-style “Kiss Cam” or fan spotlight, this experience streams live footage of your guests onto a large screen inside your venue.

Whether it's laughter during cocktail hour, dance floor energy, or heartwarming guest moments, we capture it all and deliver it directly to your audience as it happens.

🎥 1 Roaming Videographer

Captures close-up, candid footage of guests across the event space—perfect for authentic, in-the-moment highlights.

📸 1 Static Videographer

Captures a wide-angle view of the room to provide context and continuity throughout the live stream.

🎛️ 1 Broadcast Director / Engineer

Manages the live feed in real time—switching angles, integrating client assets (e.g., slideshows, presentations), and ensuring smooth transitions throughout the stream.

🖥️ Live Feed Display Integration

Live footage is streamed to a projector or in-room display (client-provided or available for rental). Seamless AV signal integration included.

✨ Branded Frame or Overlay (Optional)

Custom overlays with your event name, logo, or theme can be added for enhanced branding and visual impact.

📽️ Client Slide Deck or Presentation Integration

If desired, we can alternate between live camera feeds and a client-provided presentation, slideshow, or branded media.

⚠️ Projectors, screens, or display equipment are not included with this experience. These must be:

• Provided by your venue, or
• Rented separately through us (available upon request).
